Information Agency is a youth-focused information and application support centre based in Osizweni, Newcastle. We exist to bridge the digital divide by helping learners and young people access opportunities through technology, guidance, and reliable support.
Founded in 2020, Information Agency specialises in assisting matriculants and post-matriculants with university, TVET college, and NSFAS applications, as well as other online academic and career-related processes. We provide a supportive, step-by-step service that simplifies complex application systems and reduces the stress often faced by applicants.

What Inspired Us
